Where’s the brush?My first shipment contained a brush for applying the color. The second one did not, so I suspended my subscription. I re-enrolled (the color is really good btw) but third shipment arrived, and no brush, again. A brush makes things a lot less messy. Perfect color but grey roots came in fastI had hopes that the color would last on my roots longer than it has. I usually have to color my roots every 2- 3 weeks and I wash my hair about 5x/week. The color is a perfect match so I love that but unfortunately it doesn't last on my roots, sadly to say. awesome productlove the product.... I wish though.... it would come in a 2 oz size. I color all over head roots about every 4-5 weeks....BUT i find myself touching up my sideburns at least every 2 weeks. why can't the product come in 1-2 oz size just for the sideburns.. According to my hair dresser most women and men.... turn grey sideburns first.. I could sell the product myself to my friends because we all find ourselves doing our sideburns even though there are other products out there... i would love love love to have this product in a smaller size just to do sideburrns please advise linda 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Would give zero stars if possibleI ordered 1x color but company put me on auto ship plan and refuses to change it—and continues to Bill me—despite numerous requests to get them to stop. InconformidadAún No llena mis expectativas en cuanto al cubrimiento de canas, se hizo un ajuste pero esta vez mi raíz quedó con un todo como castaño y no las canas quedaron mucho más claras, fue peor que la primera vez, para nada conforme, el próximo pedido si me lo envían con los ajustes para cubrir las canas como debe ser, que sea por garantía, no pienso pagar más dinero o cancelo la orden definitivamente, gracias y quedo en espera de sus comentarios 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
