I love the color. Love the shampoo and conditioner that comes in each kit. My hair is fine,thin and wavy. Its soft and vibrant with this kit. Great grey coverage.

So happy with the outcome of my hair color! It has been many, many years since I have colored my own hair and several orange roots later! Salon highlighted for last 12 years but unable to go to the salon due to Covid so decided to try eSalon and very happy I did! I am amazed at the great color match from a photo! The kit and instructions were super helpful and made the experience enjoyable. The products are great, the conditioner is wonderful! Thank you Elisa! Will definitely order again!

Hard to choose

When I was choosing the color I wanted, it was hard to know what I would end up with. At first, I did not see a change at all. ( I guess I chose too close to what I had ) After a week, there was a slight difference. I could tell that it was close to what I wanted. NOW, I know which way to go. Since I’m not going to a salon these days, I will be better at the DIY aspect.

Color didn't cover grays at all.

The last time I used color it didn't cover grays. The color was left on as directed, disappointed.

Problens with Mixtures

Color was great. Had an awful time with air in the bottles of the two color mixtures. The cream solutions both had air bubbles in them. This caused mixing issues. Had to keep burping the application bottle to mix the solutions and to apply. Cause a major mess in my bathroom. Never had this happen before.
