Love it!The color match is perfect! Had to make a slight adjustment from my first order. They were very accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted and hit the nail on the head!! They also sent me a complimentary additional color which was awesome! Love the product and will keep using. So nice not to have to worry about going out and getting my color. You guys NAILED IT!!!!!I am happy to report that my first experience with eSalon was completely knocked out of the park with a long hit home run!!!!! My color is perfect! I never expected the color to be such a perfect match. All I have to do now is figure out if I can incorporate some highlights and possible longer lasting coverage on my grays. From what I can tell so far, if I have questions then eSalon has the answers so I am ready to continue this relationship! Thanks eSalon; I'm a believer!!!! Love my custom color kit!My long time stylist told me 20 years ago I would never have to go gray...and I believed him! Now that I’m over 60, covering what has become my predominant hair color has become more difficult. My skin looks good, and damnit! I am a brunette! My custom color is mostly brown with some gold and a hint of violet, and I love it from the day it’s first done until the day it’s due to be redone.
