Jeder Anfang ist schwer:•)Ich wollte nicht mehr irritiert im Drogeriemarkt stehen, weil es meine Farbe nicht mehr gibt. Was oft vorkam. Der Name des Produktes hatte sich geändert, sie wurde aus dem Sortiment genommen oder ähnliches. Es war immer wieder aufs neue ärgerlich. Zumal man wieder von vorne anfing auszutesten welche die richtige Farbe ist. Darum hab ich mich entschieden hier zu bestellen. Immer die gleiche Farbe, immer zu Frieden sein, keine Experimente mehr. Genau das wollte ich und das war es mir wert auch etwas mehr Geld auszugeben dafür. Der Anfang war schwer! Meine Haare waren nach dem ersten Mal auf einmal dunkler. Ohhhhh Mist das wollte ich garnicht. Aber es wurde mir geholfen. Wir haben ausführlich geschrieben. Und die Farbe wurde für die nächste Färbung angepasst. Sogar gratis + Längenfarbung (ich habe sehr langes Haar und leider da ich ja nur den Ansatz färbe hatte ich nach der ersten missglückten Färbung zwei verschiedene Haarfarben) Gestern nun hab ich die neue angepasste Haarfarbe, eine für den Ansatz und eine für die Längen, verwendet. Und ich bin glücklich 😀 Es sieht toll aus. Und ich bin zufrieden. Besser könnte es nicht sein. Nun weiß ich, das ich immer das selbe Ergebnis haben werde und man den Unterschied zwischen Ansatz und Längen nicht mehr sehen wird. Dankeschön 🙏🏻 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Amazing!I can’t rave about esalon enough! I absolutely hated my hair colour, it was so blonde it looked fake (I used L’Oréal Excellence natural baby blonde), this was the only one that would do something with my roots. I found home box dies just weren’t getting me what I wanted. I saw this and had to try. Customer service is excellent. I selected the colour I wanted. I received an email saying because of my current colour this isn’t possible. I received a list of options and an alternative colour. I went for the alternative colour, so then over time I can develop to my desired colour. I received a colour for my roots and one for my hair is already coloured. I needed someone to help with the roots at the back as I’m so uncoordinated, but the rest was fine. The results are amazing!!!! I know friends of mine will be ordering to try. Given the situation with Covid this is a great alternative. I won’t ever buy from the shop again. I never thought I would be able to be my natural hair colour again. Great Color - not as red as I had expectedThis kit came with mostly everything I needed (except a cape/smock) to easily and successfully apply my own hair color. The application process was a little bit more time consuming than I expected, but the custom instructions were easy to comprehend. I thought the final result was a beautiful color! However, it was a bit more brown - and not nearly as red - as I had hoped or expected... I loved the mahogany color but red tones are sort of my “signature”. Love Color, but a little frustrated...So this was my third kit with eSalon. The color is on point, and the fact that the red stays vibrant for so long is really awesome. My one frustration is that the past two times I have received my kit, there is no brush included... for those of us who work faster and get better coverage with the brush, it is a huge bummer that it has been missing out of my last two kits.. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
