Didn't work for my hairEven though I followed the instructions perfectly, my hair ended up being the exact same colour it was before. My hair also has a frizzy and dry texture now. My instructions were not followed.My initial color was too brown, I canceled my account and was told I'd receive a free shipment if I wanted to try and explain to my "colorist" what it was I was looking for in contrast to what I received. I'm a redhead with just a touch of brown for a slight auburny copper look. I wanted the rich coppery light auburn. The first shipment was equal parts brown and mahogany with a touch of red. NOPE! I took you up on your free offer and requested a touch of brown, no mahogany, and more coppery red. This time it was mostly brown. Period. I'm done. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Try it, don’t hesitate - you will be pleasantly surprised!I’ve gone to the salon for years and have had quite a few hit n miss experiences with my colour results. This kit however, gives surprisingly professional results. It’s easy to use, the instructions are foolproof, e-salon have thought of everything and made it all very simple to follow with minimum mess and everything you need is in the box so you’re not fumbling around for that extra pair of gloves for example at the last minute.
