This is the second time coloring my hair with eSalon. I was very apprehensive the first time, but my stylist was kind enough to email and call me to talk me through the process. ESalon has excellent customer service and my most recent stylist was able to tweak my color just a bit to make my grays blend better with my natural hair color. I'm very pleased and will continue to use eSalon!
