Very pleased!This is the second time coloring my hair with eSalon. I was very apprehensive the first time, but my stylist was kind enough to email and call me to talk me through the process. ESalon has excellent customer service and my most recent stylist was able to tweak my color just a bit to make my grays blend better with my natural hair color. Custom hair colorLike the color it last longer then other color I have used, especially my gray hair with other one have to color my hair before 3 weeks with custom color it being 5 weeks and my color still the same and soft and shine I do recommend them.
