I don’t normally write reviews but I loveee how my first esalon kit came with everything I need, including an extra free bottle of dye. My first package was lost for about a month so I emailed customer service and they sent me another one without hesitant or extra costs. It came quickly and I’m impressed!

Great product, great service, I love it! My hair color covered beautifully, and my hair is shiny. Everything works as it should, easy to use and everything you need for beautiful color done well. Great stuff, much better than the competitor I tried. So happy I found this!

I asked for the red to be toned down so it didn’t look so fake and purple like. It turned out absolutely perfect! Thank you for you help! I love this color.

Easy to follow

Really well packaged. Consistency wasnt as thick as I'm use to so I did make a mess. Went from blonde to dark brown, colorfill was added to keep me from going green or muddy. Easy process, just came out with more red hues than anticipated. I figured it would be a few steps back to dark. Overall I highly recommend!
