Great Haircolor and customer serviceReally appreciate everything about this company. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my "kit" has not included the small brush used to apply the hair color. When I tried to order one to come with my next set, which I don't mind paying for since it costs less than $2, the response was that it was already included. But it has not been included since the first order. Otherwise, I will use this product until I get tired of doing my own hair color but ESalon is saving me a ton of money. Hair is so important!OK so on Zoom constantly during the pandemic-this is no time to let nature take over my hair. I was really happy with the color and I am not particularly talented applying it. When I went back to my "person" as much because I missed her as the need to get my hair done-actually more. she had to admit it looked pretty good. Color is darkI guess I didn’t do a good job picking a brown with red highlights. My daughter did the process for me and the directions were exact. Gets better and better!I have now used eSalon three times. The first time, color was a bit dark. I let eSalon know and they adjusted the color. With the second application, color was right, but I didn't do a great job -- lots of gray still showed, especially in the back. Great color but terrible chemicalsI loved the color and communication from the stylist. The product also shipped quickly even though I didn't pay extra for them to expedite my order. The service was excellent. However, the chemicals were far more potent than any dye I've used before. My partner could smell the dye from multiple rooms away. My scalp felt like it was burning, and I had difficulty breathing. I couldn't open my eyes when I washed it out because they felt like they were burning. Of course all dyes have chemicals that are arguably toxic, and everyone's body reacts differently to different formulas. But I definitely can't use this dye again, and I'm hesitant to recommend it to others. Of course, you might have a completely different experience. I wish I could achieve this color without the pain and toxicity. I guess I'll have to try henna in the future! 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
