Love my new colorWas worried about the new Esalon color not being “red” enough- although it is slightly different than my previous red, I love it! AND, my husband loves it! ExcellentI was pleasantly surprised by the initial contact and follow- up. I found the process for choosing a colour very simple and appreciated the follow up text. The products arrived beautifully packed with easy to follow instructions clearly laid out. I did have a moment of panic wondering what I was doing using a hair colour from the internet and again when I saw dark brown streaks all along my forehead but these were easily removed by the products provided. I had stopped having my hair salon coloured because my hair had become very dry. I was delighted with these results. Not only was my hair colour perfect but the condition of my hair, using the products provided, was also excellent. My hair is coloured , moisturised and shiny. Blends PerfectlyThis is my third time ordering my custom color. The first two times I colored my whole head, but this time was just roots. My golden red tones tend to fade faster than other colors so I was slightly worried that my roots would come out darker than my ends, but that wasn't the case at all!
