Great color!Hi guys! I was worried about going dark but the customer service was on it! I chose an auburn and was worried it would be something unnatural but the two step color provided and step by step instructions resulted in a beautiful flattering rich color that looks great in every lighting. My hair was a little rough after coloring but a vinegar rinse calmed down the cuticles and I’m very happy. Wow! So Perfect!These color specialists, I've gotta say are very talented and know what theyre doing! When all they have to work with is a written message and a current picture, while I try to describe what I think I want my hair color to be, yet not even knowing how to describe it... and they still nailed it spot on!!! I'm still so excited to get my touch up kits! I am no longer afraid to make minor changes because i know they know what im looking for and wont let me down. My color makes me look awake and vibrant and ive not experienced any damage as a result! If thats not enough... im saving a ton of money by doing my own hair color AND i can do it on my time, when salons are closed and my nights are peaceful. My own colorI was anxious to try this product. I have been coloring my hair for several years, and had not been happy with any of the results. While I was a bit skeptical, I decided to try eSalon. Now I couldn't be happier. This is the best color I have had for my hair in more than 15 years. I feel and look younger. My gray hair is all covered, and I loved using the brush that came with the color set. I feel that I was listened to, they delivered what they said they would, and am still in disbelief as to how much I love my new hair. Best color ever!I have colored my hair for more than 40 years in some form or another. eSalon Custom Color Set not only provides everything you need (love that I get 2 pairs of gloves, stain guard, and stain remover) but my color stays true between colorings.
