So far hands down the best root touch for more than one reason; coverage lasted did not fade & kit came with all that was needed for the root touch-up. Best color product yet out of many others.

I asked for an adjustment this time to get more of a copper penny look and my colorist really came thru! I get so many compliments and others wanting to know where I have it done. I wish I could share a picture. It is just stunning.

I just want to thank my colorist. I was having a red tint issue that was making me feel down. My new color is perfect, got rid of the red and makes me happy again.

This product and its customer care are exceptional!!! Not only do I LOVE my color, but the staff answered all of my emails within 24 hours with questions on how to use their products. They gave me their answers, plus there are video tutorials and my own set of instructions that come with my kit. This place is amazing!!! The amount of money saved rather than going to a salon is like 97%!!! Thank you for being awesome!!!
