Beautiful color - EXCELLENT customer serviceI started using ESalon after moving to Los Angeles and having "sticker shock" over the price of services. My stylist (who only cuts, not colors) asked who was coloring my hair because the color was beautiful! I let her know it was from eSalon and she said I should "definitely keep using it". She's a well-known and respected stylist here in LA so that's a HUGE compliment! The customer service is excellent! Great match!The color that was created for me was a perfect match. It did not leave my hair dry afterwards and it had a nice shine. I have some stubborn gray on my hair line from my temple to my ear and it was covered. I colored my hair a week ago so time will tell. Natural RedI love my hair color!!! I have naturally red hair and have always had a hard time finding a dye to match, either it's too purple or brick red.
