Love my colorI wasn't so sure about this online thing, but I'm willing to try anything once. So glad I did!! Everyone comments on how "beautiful" my color is. Happy!! Update from April 20th, 2017. Now it’s December 2nd, 2018 and I’m still a happy and very loyal customer. I’m so impressed with this company! The stylist are amazing if you have questions or would like to change your color, they are on it! Even if your like me and really don’t know what your doing. They are still patient they’ll even call you to make sure they understand what your trying to say. My (9 year old) daughter and I buzzed our heads back in January 2018 and donated to Wigs for Kids. I wrote eSalon to let them know I wasn’t going anywhere, I just don’t have any hair to color right now, I wasn’t sure if my account would be deactivated due to lack of use. Instead of a simple reply back I got a heartwarming email in response addressing both myself and my daughter, how selfless we were to donate our hair (her little face lite up when I read her the email), and to show that they support us they said my next order was on them! Amazing color!I had never colored my hair myself and was extremely afraid to try it. But I was tired of paying $120 for something I wasn't pleased with. I finally decided to try e salon. I absolutely love my hair color! This is the first time I've colored my hair and absolutely loved it . Fabulous color and care for a fraction of the expensive salon price!Ordering my second batch, with a slight adjustment (deciding to go RED for Christmas) and have had a great experience so far. The color came out great, the process was catered to me and the directions were easy to follow. The team even responded quickly when I had additional "nervous-beginner" questions. Great product!Before I even purchased my AMAZING hair color, I did some research. I did find the written instructions a little intimidating. But then I was directed to the video section, and the process was so much clearer. When my package arrived, I couldn't wait to try it. Let's just say my application technique needed to be refined. LOL. But when my third box arrived, Roots Only, I had much better technique. My color was tweaked between the first and second box, and I LOVE my hair color. I always get compliments on it! Customizable for real!I've colored my hair with eSalon three times now. After the first two, I wanted to add a bit more "bold" red, so requested that along with a photo. Great colour !Really recommend this. It has great coverage and easy to apply. My hair was very soft and shiny after the application.
