Didn't cover all gray hair, not enough product to cover long hairI want to love this, it's adorable, easy, and beautifully packaged. I was a little disappointed by the amount of product, my hair is thick and about half way down my back so I could have used more. It did a decent job with my gray but there is still quite a few shiny ones left. Love eSalon Haircolor - been a client for over 10 years !Love how easy it is to use. I have red hair/strawberry and it was always hard to find a color or brand that didn't make my color look fake. You can always tell box Fake redheads. Even the hairstylist who cuts my hair asked who colors it. I told her about eSalon and she asked for the website and how it works and told the other stylists in the shop about it. Qualitative sehr hochwertig/ Erste Anwendung/ Ich bleibe definitiv dabeiIch bin wirklich begeistert. Meine Farbe wurde individuell auf meine Haare abgestimmt und ich habe mir Erdbeer-Hellblond gewünscht. Vorab habe ich Fotos eingeschickt und eine persönliche Anleitung erhalten. Das Färben war einfach und das Ergebnis sieht aus wie frisch vom Friseur – gleichmäßig, natürlich und genau so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Besonders toll finde ich, dass ich im FlexAbo künftig nur noch meinen Ansatz nachfärben muss und die Rezeptur bei Bedarf anhand neuer Fotos angepasst wird. Für mich stimmt die Qualität von der Beratung bis zum Farbergebnis. Ich werde definitiv dabei bleiben. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar.
