Matched My Salon Formula Perfectly!I recently made the switch to eSalon after having my roots done at a salon, every 4 weeks, for over 15 years. The expense and inconvenience of working a salon visit into my busy schedule motivated me to try eSalon. I am very happy with the products and service I have received. The color is high quality and matched my salon formula exactly! I still visit my salon for cuts and the occasional keratin treatment, but no longer get my roots done. The instructions are very easy to follow and the color looks fantastic. If you're considering doing your own root touch up, give it a shot. Custom Color SetI had asked for the color to be lightened a little. I am a brunette and thought my color was a bit too dark. With the rather unspecific color change request the color was spot on!!! Mein Color SetNach anfänglicher Skepsis war ich ziemlich zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice, der per Mail über alle Schritte übersichtlich informiert. Dann kam "endlich" meine Box nach Hause. Allein diese hat schon Lust aufs Ausprobieren gemacht. Die Handhabung und Anleitung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Farbergebnis ist brilliant. Die Haare aufgrund der qualitiv hochwertigen mitgeschickten Produkte (Proben) sehr weich, glänzend und gepflegt.
