Not really happy with colorThe color made my hair feel dry and my hair had no luster or shine. It had a very flat matte appearance to it. The value of the color was not not pretty. It made my hair look like it was colored and that was not an attractive look. It made my hair feel like it was over processed and my hair tangled easily so brushing that out caused breakage. I was really disappointed. The shampoo and conditioner did not seem to make my hair soft or feel like it usually does after application of a conditioner product. Quality without the salonGiven these times-this is a fabulous alternative. I never liked going to the salon anyway but never had a good DIY experience. Box dye didn’t give me good coverage and irritated my scalp. This is a quality product and they follow up to make sure you have what you want and need.
