Loving the new lighter shade I requestedI need another try with this product. I don’t doubt it works but I am new to coloring my hair at home. The system itself comes in very impressive and organized Packaging. I seem to have a lot of product leftover for just roots. My hair is only just below my shoulders and fine in texture. As close to the salon as you can get at homeFirst off the presentation of how the kit comes is absolutely perfect. This may seem like a silly thing to mention, but it really shows the quality of what you’re getting. I felt like I was using salon grade dye while mixing the developer and color before I started. Very happy with my final color also. One and only complaint that I have is that the stain guard, stain remover, shampoo, and conditioner had added artificial fragrance. Being that I have allergies and reactive skin to these types of scents, I would have appreciated an option for either fragrance free or something more natural. Product never arrivedMy first order arrived after over 3 weeks, which although irritating was manageable. My second order was the same. My most recent order has been over a month and still hasn't arrived. I've been given a refund with no hassle, but I am disappointed that i cant use the product as I found the quality to be excellent.
