I was quite concerned when, after placing an order, I realized the colour kit was coming from America but I need not have worried. It was delivered very quickly to my home in Derbyshire, England. The procedure was simple and the colour and condition beautiful.

I received the correct hair color. Dark Brown. It definitely covered all my gray. It was very hard to wash off the hair tint. After shampoo washing my hair five times. The hair tint finally washed off. That left my ends dry but I deep condition my hair and now it looks great. Thank you Esalon
