Awful color!I got my package and was so excited to try this product. It came beautifully and carefully package but the color itself it's awful. I ordered a very basic color (Dark Ash Blonde), even sent pictures for the colorist to review and the end results are a disaster. It came orangy and light. I've been dying my hair for 15 yrs and tried several brands of color. I know this is not a base color 7 let alone an ash undertone. Extremely dissapointed! I want a refund!!!I requested a revision to my hair color several weeks ago. My last kit was supposedly revised. It was NOT. The color is still not right. It still does not cover greys. Such a beautiful natural looking colour.I love the colour that I got. And the personalisation on the bottles is a very nice touch. The colour was easy to apply, covered the ample amount of grey hairs well and lasted very well. The consultation process was a delight and my Colourist was superb. Complete coverageI am so impressed with the custom color and how well it covers gray. The hair is completely saturated and that is better than some of the salon root color that I have paid 4 times more. I am so happy with the finished product!
