Quality Product meets Fantastic Customer ServiceGosh, I've just had the best experience. I've been a box girl for years but it's just not covering the gray anymore. My first box came damaged and when I called, I experienced customer service that rivaled Southwest Airlines. haha! They got me another box immediately and I LOVE the color. They matched a perfect color for me that I wouldn't have known to ask for. And today, my friend said "I can spot box color from 20 paces and you finally went to the salon, didn't you?" Can't complain about that! PerfectI had dark blonde hair with outgrown dark brown roots, and I wanted to go dark brown again.
