DissapointingThe colour didn't take to my greys. I had sent pictures in of my hair before and asked advice and stylist advised 6 (as chosen) would work. Left it on for the full time as per instructions. I had explained i wanted a root smudge, but there were no instructions for this part just apolication to roots only, if i had done this, i would have had a band, as i have highlights midlengths to ends, so i expected there to be instructions for blending. I had to do this by google and thankfully managed to successfully blend with no banding into my highlights but have been left with my greys still showing through on my roots. I sent a note through explaining all this and requested a refund as i have now had to book into a salon to sort it, but i have had no reply. Stunning colour complete with everything you need!I love the consistency and especially the colour. My hair looks rich in colour but very natural, and is lovely soft and shiny. Beyond satisfied! Can't believe how fast/easy/long-lasting it really is.I was a skeptic! I'm so happy! I followed all instructions including sending photos and the color match is perfect. The instructions are clear, it takes so much less time than the salon, and the results last as long as the salon. And it's a FRACTION of the price of the salon!
