The custom color is great. I have natural red tones and it compliments those tones every time. It is easy and convenient and you can't beat the price. The videos are very helpful and the customer service has always been courteous and professional.

I don't usually color my own hair, so I chose a shade recommended by the colorist, and it turned out just right. The kit was easy to use despite my inexperience, so I feel confident in continuing to color my own hair. So pleased!
