I requested a slight change in my color and the result was perfect. This is the feature I like best about this brand. It truly is custom made. Gives my hair great body and really appreciate that everything I need is right there in the box. Though it is pricey, I will order again.

Usually hair color burns my scalp but with these products I'm able to color my hair without any side effects. Keep up the great work. Oh yes, by the way, I love the color you mix. Spot on.

love my color... med brown with Mahogany tint. This product definitely lasts longer then color bought off the shelf. And might even be longer than salon ... however, it's easy, comes out looking like professional salon did it but cost 1/4 the cost.
