First time customerHello, I found the product very easy to use and the amount just right. I have long hair down middle of my back, it’s fine but a lot of hair to work with. Awesome service!During this COVID nightmare, I have not been able to get to my hairstylist. So I was naturally reluctant to do something online. I sent in a picture and chose a color. Well, the colorist at esalon got back to me and they said the color I chose was too light. Well, now I have to trust someone I have never seen nor have they seen me, to choose my color. The color they chose was perfect!!! I mean perfect! I just had to do my roots and you honestly can't see where my color ends and the esalon color begins! I love my hair stylist and have been going to her for years, but I have to say, esalon is amazing. Pretty ImpressedI loved the packaging, how neat to see the bottles with my name on them! I would say the ONLY downside was the smell. It was pretty strong, so make sure to have good ventilation.
