First timer1st time user, great experience. I have very dk brown hair with grey starting, so I went a little cautious and didn’t use any permanent die. I really wanted the color correct, for me that means no red tones. Color was perfect but my greys are showing though a little quicker than I’d hoped. Pretty goodThe color was easy to use - no harsh chemical smells or feels to the process. The color was a little redder than expected than honey colored but I really don’t mind. My concern is that the gray was not completely covered and I felt there was no conditioning element in the process even though I received a shampoo & conditioner. Remarkable productI have been buying boxed hair color for years, and have never been satisfied with the results. The color on the box bears no resemblance to the color of your hair once you've applied the product. It's too dark or too light, too blonde or too red, and never, never perfect.
