Love it!Over all the presentation and the product are amazing. It felt like receiving a treat in the mail and took the sting out of the dreaded grey hair maintenance routine I dread every few weeks! Customer service was top notch! I was able to customize my order and make a few changes for my next order. My colour came out a little darker than I wanted but the colourist was able to make changes to my next order to rectify that. Long lasting amazing color!I used to pay an arm and a leg for a professional to color my hair only to be left with dry lifeless strands that started losing the color after a few weeks.
