ExcitingMy color was perfect. I highly recommend this product. Also if you are unsure about a color go demi permanent! That’s what I did and it washes out alittle bit each time so if you are unsatified it’s not a long time to get it fixed. Love it!Over all the presentation and the product are amazing. It felt like receiving a treat in the mail and took the sting out of the dreaded grey hair maintenance routine I dread every few weeks! Customer service was top notch! I was able to customize my order and make a few changes for my next order. My colour came out a little darker than I wanted but the colourist was able to make changes to my next order to rectify that.
