2nd time with esalon color. Colorist changed it just a little from the first time. It was great! It's nice to be able to talk with your colorist and I just love the product

I ordered this product about two years ago and was afraid to use it, afraid I'd mess something up, so I tossed the package after a year. I decided to re-order and to follow through with the coloring. Boy am I glad I did! I just finished coloring my hair this morning and it is perfect! I did a few things wrong like not putting on gray first (as instructed) but I am so pleased. It would cost about three times what I paid to have this done in a salon - they like to charge you more each time your hair grows an inch or so! My hair looks natural and is so soft. You have a loyal customer!

This is a well thought out product and packaging, and is very convenient. Your hair color is awaiting you when it’s time to recolor. No running to the store at the last minute and worrying if your color will be in stock.
