I love this product!!I ordered this product about two years ago and was afraid to use it, afraid I'd mess something up, so I tossed the package after a year. I decided to re-order and to follow through with the coloring. Boy am I glad I did! I just finished coloring my hair this morning and it is perfect! I did a few things wrong like not putting on gray first (as instructed) but I am so pleased. It would cost about three times what I paid to have this done in a salon - they like to charge you more each time your hair grows an inch or so! My hair looks natural and is so soft. My custom hair colorVery pleased with product & resulting color. Got the perfect dark blonde I was looking for...not brown or brassy. Took less time than the previous product I was using even with covering some grey. No chemical smell afterwards.
