Perfect !!!My hairdressser advised the colour she had been using prior to lockdown (3n). Using that number I ordered a set to just cover grey roots. Great communication on delivery details. Received set and found it easy to use. I did have an initial query regarding where the health & Saftey leaflet was with details on patch test (turns out it was in one of the little boxes). I emailed back my personal stylist but no response which delayed me from using. However when I called I was helped straight away. I think there is obviously delays due to Covid but as I got help on phone this is not an issue. Perhaps try this first as its a freephone number on landline (0800) and during these times its understandable rep's may be stretched. The application was easy but there was a load of the product left over which seems a bit of a waste. I could easily have used for a second and third top up. It would be great if they could advise ratios for the two products you mix so you can perhaps use just half for a root touch up. However the colour came out great, Absolutely perfect match. Loved itThe color arrived in a cute personalized box quickly. The directions were easy to follow. I also used YouTube to watch others do it. Two colors (roots and length). Super happyThe girl who has done my haircut/color for years is nowhere to be found since covid. I had a haircut appointment yesterday that was cancelled due to riots. My color came today from esalon. With a sick dog and life - I didn’t open the package until late and didn’t plan to do it tonight. I read the instructions and decided to go forward- seemed too easy. Is was. I like the products that keep color off the skin a lot. They are great. I made a mistake in a couple of areas close to my face but that was my error. The grey coverage elsewhere was excellent. My hair is soft especially considering I haven’t had a haircut in months. This product did not turn my ends black like box products do.
