Color was completely different than my orderI ordered medium blond and my hair after application is medium red/brown!! It’s not even close to what I selected. My husband didn’t even recognize me - he said I look like I’m wearing a wig. So disappointed. I had tried Nice & Easy before eSalon and it turned out fantastic. Das hat ja wohl nicht geklappt 😓Habe mich total gefreut als das Paket ankam, mir alles in Ruhe durchgelesen und losgelegt. Die Farbe ist leider trotz Entwickler von 20% eher braun statt Asch Kupfer Blond (eisig) geworden. Ich hatte davor hell kupfernes Haar und jetzt ein sehr goldenen Braunton. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es schwierig ist aus Kupfer aschig zu bekommen, jedoch wurde die Alternative angeboten und hab es probiert. A Perfect MatchI've colored my hair for about 10 years, but I had *never* done my own color before I ordered this kit. My goal was just to cover my grays and refresh my roots. With just a picture and a brief note to go on, my colorist (Paul) figured out exactly what I needed. I won't say that I applied the color flawlessly--I need more practice!--but my freshened-up roots looked great! It was the warm, coppery gold color I wanted. tinte permanenteEl tinte que fue preparado para mi me quedo espectacular, estoy encantada porque era el color que queria, lo hice yo sola y no se me afectaron los rayos que tenia. Me encanta. BrilliantFantastic service from start to finish. Had a call to say looking at the imagine I sent they suggested I go a little lighter as I had lots of bleach still in my hair and could discolour. Took their advice and my hair is lovely. I love the colour and would highly recommend the esalon to anyone wanting to colour their hair.
