Not the colour I expectedI was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair dye. I had followed instructions when picking my colour to become light/ash blonde. Fabulous ColorI was very scared to color my hair by myself, but to have my hair colored and highlighted was going to cost $120 with touch-ups every 6-8 weeks for $80. I cannot afford that so I decided to try esalon. I took the quiz that helped determine what color I would need. I followed the instructions and the color is beautiful! The customer service was great. DisappointedThe colourist has made the roots colour and ends colour two different colours my roots are more natural ginger brown and my ends have patchy vibrant red throughout it. I have noted this on my previous order that both the roots and ends colour would need to be the same and coloured my hair today to see my long hair patchy throughout. Purple?My colour set was supposed to be dark brown (red copper). Not at all delighted to have followed instructions, and end up with magenta roots wherever I had grey, and then no evident colour on the rest of my hair. The top of my hair has ridiculous purple streaks that abruptly stop, and then my regular colour starts.
