I received my root touch-up and used it to get rid of the pesky grays. I had shared pictures and explained my desire to be able to touch up the roots in between salon visits. Initially, the color seemed perfect but faded after a few washes. I contacted a color specialist, and she adjusted my color. Looking forward to trying it!

Die Coloration ist wirklich gut. Anfangs hatte ich Probleme, die wenigen grauen Härchen zu färben. Die Farbe/Formulierung wurde angepasst und jetzt deckt sie dort auch.
