Very happy with eSalon. They are always listening to what you have to say to make your color exactly what you expect. They make adjustments as you request. They give you plenty of notice before sending your product out and make adjustments if needed. They send emails to make sure you are happy. My hair color has been exactly what I wanted because they made adjustments to get it there. Customer service is superb!!!! Would like to see the solution a little thicker other than that this is the best product I have ever used!!!

These hair color products are wonderful. Your hairs looks so healthy with this product. The color is made to your specifications and they do a great job providing me with the color I want. I highly recommend it.
