Amazing Customer Service!I love this product line! I especially am thrilled to how wonderful the colorist get back to you . I purchased my first color application and unfortunately missed abit in the back coloring. I let them know and within days recieved another application to redo what was missed. They are very prompt if you have any issues, and are more the helpful getting back to you in a timely manner. I really feel fortunate to have found esalon. I'm hooked!!!I absolutely love this color, my stylist prescribed a darker shade of the same color for my roots, and the the 2nd bottle for the remainder. No one even asked if I colored my hair, it's that close! My hair is down to the middle of my back, and I had plenty. It is shiny, and feels & looks healthy, I'm hooked! Perfect!!UPDATE: I recently colored my hair and used the Lightlab. It was perfect! The highlights were exactly what I needed to update my look!! I love this product!!!!
