Color feísimo. Experiencia desagradableSoy una chica joven que ha usado en el pasado este tipo de productos. Por el confinamiento decidí probar. Envíe mi foto, yo pedí un cobrizo muy natural y CLARO. Lo que me enviaron fue un caoba feísimo y muy artificial que me oscureció el cabello. . Estoy horrorizada. Cuando la colorista ‘yvette’ me contacto le conteste para preguntarle acerca de las raíces... jamas me contestó. Con esa no respuesta y esa fluidez en la comunicación desistí de preguntar nada más. Lo que está claro es que no me han énviado lo que yo pedí. Y ahora tendré que ir a la peluquería para que me lo arreglen. Otra experiencia fatal fue usar el tazón para echármelo. Casi me intoxico. Not light enoughI ordered the lightest blond, I thought. Included a pic. Maybe I should have left the color in for 40 minutes instead of 30, but it came out significantly darker than I thought. It's okay, and I can live with it, but I do wish it was a lot lighter. Like I said, maybe I should have left it in longer. Do Not Use this productI specifically ordered from this company because they advertised the tone was superior to other box dye. I ordered cool blonde and it turned my hair orange ! I cannot get to the salon to have it fixed my hair looks terrible and I am stuck with it. This product did not perform as advertised. Do NOT Recommend 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Perfect color thanks to my consultantI am so happy that I provided pictures for my consultant to review before making a purchase. She made the difference in me ordering something that would have been too dark and I would have been disappointed in my choice. Having the option to have a consultant give recommendations has been wonderful and what she recommended was absolutely perfect. I am glad that I took the time to submit photos for her to use.
