First purchaseThis was my first purchase through Esalon. The product is good and easy to use instructions but the overall colour finish is lighter than a dark brown with mahogany red. Color wasn’t as dark as I wantedI absolutely loved the package and how the products are presented. I feel like there should be three pairs of gloves provided since there was 3 different steps but the gloves were good quality! Sadly my color did not turn out nearly as dark as the soft black (intense pearl) that I ordered and my roots turned out even lighter than the rest :( 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Clown red hairI’m a natural redhead with some grays. Months ago I had my hair colored darker with some dark red highlights. I chose the copper red color for my hair, explained I wanted the highlights gone and sent a pic of my hair. Now most of my hair is clown red, with brownish roots and an orange colour where the highlights were. This is so much worse than it was before I really don’t want to go out in public. Turned my roots a brassy orange colour :(The ends of my hair are ok - and came out as the ash brown/blonde i wanted, but my roots are brassy, copper orange colour :( Not impressed! and not sure how to fix this now... disappointed after waiting for a month for it to arrive. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
