Easy to apply but colour wasn't what I asked for....The process of applying was a breeze and the kit contains everything you need to colour your hair. Sadly I asked for a cool/neutral shade of brown with no red or golden tones. The result is extremely red/golden so it's not what I asked for. My hair feels pretty healthy and the colour is vibrant but it's much warmer than I asked for. Great service but not really thrilled with the end result. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Did not Cover Gray roots at all!I was excited to try this custom hair color at home since not being able to get to my hairdresser. Product arrived with easy to follow directions, but the gray coverage was terrible, did not cover at all. Not customized, roots onlyI was sent a kit for roots only. I need color for all of my hair as it is usually medium brown and I color it copper/red. Most of the red has faded. I was sent a "custom" medium brown that is apparently not red at all. I'm not willing to try and ruin my hair. I was never able to get in touch with a stylist and finding a way to return/get your money back is confusing and time consuming. No thanks. Update: I was sent a form email response telling me to do a strand test, even when my feedback was that I do not have enough color and do not want brown in my color (the color wheel in the instructions provided shows WAY more brown than I wanted). My request for a refund has been ignored. Ein TraumDie Bedienungsanleitung sowie die Anwendung sind super easy und die Farbe ist einfach toll. Ich finde es toll, dass auch die Creme für den Hautschutz und der Farbentferner dabei sind. Wow!Never coloured my hair at home before and was terrified! I won't lie, the self application process is a bit fiddly, especially on hair with length. But I persevered and have to say I'm thrilled with the colour! A little darker and richer than my previous mix of blonde highlights and ghastly greys, but it's blended everything together and suddenly I have healthy looking, shiney, vibrant hair! A God send during lockdown when we all need a boost to our morale. Well done eSalon and colourist Paul! A fine product and great service! Look forward to the next shipment. Awesome!!My natural hair colour is a mouse blonde and I dye my hair dark brown (level 4) which makes the blonde regrowth look grey. The colour I chose was a dark brown with mahogany and red. I was worried that an at home hair colour application would turn out patchy and uneven. The opposite is true- the evenness and colour saturation is of such a good quality. The amount you get in an order is amazing- from the shampoo and conditioner to the colour itself it is so worth the money. I blow dried my hair (I put in a heat protectant spray first) and my hair was so soft and shiny, which I was pleasantly surprised by and it felt so healthy. I was expecting my hair to feel like I had dyed it (when going to a salon my hair sometimes feels a bit stiff and artificial in feel) yet this wasn’t the case. Even if you’re nervous to dye your own hair at home, I’d say be brave and try it because it’s definitely worth it. I’m going to continue with the colour plan. Only criticism I have is that my roots are lighter than the rest of my hair but that’s expected as my re growth was really big but it’s only noticeable if you look closely.
