Loved the Color~ did not cover grays!It was easy, hair felt great, did not ruin my highlights. My only issue_ did not cover stubborn grays and they are right in the front. :( I followed instruction s to a T &n redid same spot 3 times, still did not work. Not too bad!Pros- very low price made this first try a low risk experience. The colorist corrected my selection and was right! Color is very nice although I just needed to touch up basic med brown roots. Cons- no bowl or protective cape were provided; I improvised and wore a garbage bag.... instructions had no illustrations to help. My biggest annoyance was the fact that plastic clips didn’t come with the set. No message of any kind anywhere prepped me with saying please buy plastic clips.. I couldn’t divide my hair and it was a torture. I couldn’t do the back of my head as I didn’t have clips and also messed up the front so the end result is that under daylight my roots are still visible. I would need to buy the kit again with add on clips in order to fix this properly. But overall this has potential! Fairly Good ProductThis is a fairly good product overall, but no one can match my hair like I do. Typically, I buy two or three boxes of drugstore (Revlon has no ammonia) and mix my own custom color. My hair has an ash cast to it, but I guess that didn't read in the photo or my remarks to the colorist because the color was the right shade, just not the right hue. It was WAY TOO RED, so now I have red roots and brown hair. I know it's hard to tell from a photo... Brenda's Custom ColourI just received the order on Friday, April 24th. It took longer than I expected for the delivery. The colour was good but I had a difficult time applying to the back of my head and I missed a big area at the top because of the clips still in place. I also feel like I need a hair salon sink for the rinsing because my bathroom is very small and I did not want to get the hair colour all over the bathroom. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hair colorI want to give this more stars! I plan to continue using this hate color system but I still haven't found the right color. So it's frustrating.
