This hair color is simple to use and consistently the perfect color. I've received tons of compliments and never had any unpleasant surprises. Red hair can be difficult to match, but eSalon has done a fabulous job!

I have to removed my previous review, it wasn't good, the first time results were not what i wanted, but someone from customer service contacted me, they were very attentive and worry about my satisfaction. They fixed my color and now, to be honest, i'm so happy not only for the new results in my hair color but for the great customer service. From the placing of the order to the packaging and the personalized instructions everything was amazing. Let me just say the best part was the packaging and instructions. When I got my box I just stared at it forever, I felt spoiled. Well, now its time to wash the dye out and review the rest.

I really like the color. I have curly hair and normally after I color it, it gets flatter and needs more product applied. After using this product, I actually used less product to control the curls than normal. The product left more residue behind which will take a little getting used to, but overall I am pleased with the product.
