Change is goodI was already sold on the easy and convenient custom coloring. But nothing beats the ease of changing. I have changed the timing of my color application (and delivery), and this past time I changed my color. I requested a seasonal update and got a color and application made just for me. This beats paying $200+ for a salon visit!The last few years I've been going to only salons to get my hair done. 9 times out of 10 I was not satisfied with the result. I decided to take matters into my own hands and for $20 to be completely happy with how my hair turned out - IT IS WORTH IT. I received many compliments on it so far. I originally had an ombre and when I dyed over it - fortunately, the ends of my hair were still light! Which is what I wanted. However if you are trying to dye over an ombre to make it one solid color you may need to note that in your order. Thanks eSalon for another happy dying experience :) PLEASE NOTE*** I thought I washed out the color appropriately, but it left half of my hair sticky and greasy. I washed once, and then once more with olive hair. Still kinda sticky. My 3rd wash in the shower, I lathered it up more with my shampoo and then used conditioner - the gumminess/stickiest is now basically gone. PerfectI love the color and I think it looks better than when I had it done at the salon for twice the price. I just colored my hair so I am anxious to see if the color holds and does not fade. Love this stuff!I have been coloring my hair at home for years because spending hundreds of dollars in a salon isn't practical for me. I just started using the e-salon products a few months ago, and I have never had so many compliments on my hair color. I just attended my 25th class reunion this past weekend, and was in a conversation with people who are absolutely floored that I did this myself. Great productI love that I can customize the color if it is too dark you make an adjustment for me. I also love how easy it is to change the delivery date if I need to push it out or pull it in. Adore my red hair!!!I was really skeptical. Didn't think a mail-order colorist who had never met me could get it right for me. I was wrong! The color is FANTASTIC. Just what I wanted.
