Grey hair almost thereI really like that they communicate with you about your color. I've got really stubborn grey kinky curly grey hair and it doesn't take color well. Very personal service without any hassle of appointments and salon visits. I have made small changes which have been met exactly by my colourist. Can say this is as good if not better than any colour I have had at salons but with a fraction of the price tag. Easy to use website and very clear choices with fast feedback and responses. I feel I trust what the colourist tells me and have a rapport now even though this is an online service.
