nicht meine FarbeIch war mit den Farbergebnis nicht zufrieden, es trocknet die Haare sehr aus. Ich wollte nicht alle paar Wochen diese Farbe bestellen, konnte dies aber nicht ändern. Off a Few ShadesI was embarrassed when I saw the color. It was not what I expected and I tried hard to make sure that I provided pictures and information to get the right shade or very close to it. I just talked with a representative and they are sending me a highlighter kit and the next color free, so I am trying to see what happens, but I am discouraged that it's so much darker than I expected. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Extremely disappointed with the colorI was so excited for my color to get here because it was “created for me”. My color choice was darkest brown mahogany copper stated my color was soft black and from the color match it SHOULD have been just as the description of my color selection . But I ended up with blackest black !! I never was that dark as a kid....it’s as if I walk into any store and purchased an inexpensive boxed color. Great customer service - color runs dark and smell is a bit strongThe package and instructions were clear and not hard to do. The smell of the product is strong and color is almost black instead of a rich brown . Bin 100% überzeugtDas Konzept hat mich auf jeden Fall überzeugt! Der Bestellvorgang ist gut strukturiert, die Farbauswahl-, zusammenstellung, -anpassung wirklich wie beim Friseur. Ich mochte das sehr. Das Paket, das man dann erhält ist liebvoll zusammengestellt, alles sehr anschaulich und gut erklärt. Das Auftragen ist wie bei jedem anderen Haarfärbe-Produkt, ist eben auch ein bisschen Übungssache ;-) Aber das Ergebnis hat mich absolut umgehauen, überzeugt, ich liebe es! Great productLoved it, met my needs and more. Was hesitant about ordering it, but really pleased I did. So pleased the easy to follow detailed instructions and well fitting gloves.
