Pleasantly surprised!I must say I was very happy with the custom color sent to me by eSalon! I vowed I would never color my own hair for fear of making a mess out of it and looking ridiculous. I always get my hair professionally colored and have been doing so for more than 20 years. Decided to try eSalon on a suggestion of my sister. I just colored my hair with the medium brown and the results were just as good as when I get my hair colored at the salon! It was a PERFECT match! Instructions were very easy to follow. Better than I expectedI was really nervous since I wasn't 100% sure on the color when I placed the order. I figured if worse comes to worse, I would just run out and buy a different color if I didn't like it. When I put it on, the first thing I noticed was that it didn't make my head burn like drug store color does. Not only that but my eyes didn't burn either. The instructions were super easy to follow and although I was a little intimidated at first, by then end of it, I was feeling great. When I washed the color out and looked at it, the color was way better than I expected. And here I am, 4 weeks in, and my gray is still covered!
