Love itResults just as good as salon and the directions are easy to follow. My first use I was a little hesitant but I did not follow the directions exactly, my color was darker than expected as well. I reached out to my colorist and she immediately responded and updated my color as requested and reminded me to follow the directions for root touch up, which I did on my next application and I was in love with the results. Not only does it cover my grey but my hair feels so soft, my hair lady is even impressed. My favorite!This by far has been my favorite hair color! It's always a prefect match to my natural color. I never have that, "salon hair" smell afterwards.
