Accurate, great customer service, fun kit

The color experts accurately created a color meant for me. I requested a darker color but they analyzed my photo, answers to profile questions and suggested a lighter color which looks amazing and more natural. I emailed a few questions to them and received a phone call about 2 days later from an actual representative who answered my questions in great detail. Very personalized service. The kit is pretty neat and includes everything you need. Much better quality than shelf brand hair color. Only drawback is I haven't received my next color so I suppose I need to contact them.
