I love this home color!I have been coloring my own hair since I was a teenager, so about 25 years. This coloring kit was so well put together, and so thoughtfully put together, they thought of everything. I love the color, it is very similar to what I had been doing before, but more saturated, and SO SHINY! My hair felt great after the application, shampoo and conditioner. I love this product, picking a color on line with the questionnaire made it easy. The auto ship method means I don't have to make the trip to Sally's every couple of months to stock up, and the quality is much better. So happy with the customer service!Wow! These people are amazing. They respond very quickly and modified my order for me to make sure I had the best color. When I changed my mind and wanted a different color after the first had already shipped, they sent me the new color for free. This is really amazing customer service!!! 1. Coloration war superDie Farbe ist super, gefällt mir sehr gut Leider ist die Mischung etwas scharf und brennt doch sehr beim Ausspülen unter der Dusche. Hair dye,I loved the colour and had lots of compliments. Unfortunately it is more like a wash in wash out dye. After 2 nd wash & condition the roots started to fade, it went from warm brown to orange undertones. After 3rd wash it was more obvious that the roots were showing through.
