Better than store bought brands!I have tried store brands ever since my hair started getting gray strands of hair. That was in high school & I got tired of people coming up behind me, getting one strand of hair & pulling it out. All the store brands gave my hair a red tint. Not a pale one either. And I couldn't afford to buy them as often as I should have due to money issues. When I saw an ad from eSalon I looked at everything it said & called the phone number. It was the best decision I have made in a very long time. The lady on the phone gave me good advice for the problems I had been having. She said to tell the girls that, they would know what to do & they did! They were so helpful anytime I called. PerfectThis color was exactly what I was hoping for. Spot on to what I was using but better. So much more shine. My hair felt so nice after coloring. Loved it. Love the red.I don't normally color my hair, not that I have never done it, but just don't. I was hoping to pump up the red in my hair and cover a few grey hairs that seem to popping up here and there, so I thought I would try eSalon's custom colors. Well I love the color. Love at first useI was skeptical about buying a hair color brand and color I had never tried before, especially from the web. I received my new color kit very quickly. The company sent me follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. The kit is very easy to use and the directions are excellent and easy to follow. I was impressed with the way my hair felt after coloring. It used to be like straw for the first week but this one made my hair soft and shiny. It was a bit dark but I logged in and ask for it to be a tad lighter next time and I just finished using my second kit and the color adjustment was perfect. There was no fuss about having to adjust the mix they just followed through on their promise of great color and great service. I will never use another product to color.
