Love the new textureI am thrilled with the new texture It is easier to use and much less messy. I wish It had come out sooner. I recently moved and I have Multiple Sclerosis so my hands don't work all that well. And I got the old formula in several places in my new bathroom. A perfect match!!Color was a perfect match. Took a little longer than I expected and was difficult, but definitely worth the extra time. I will continue to color my own hair. LoveeSalon is a great substitute for salon color. It's very easy to use, my colorist is very responsive to requested changes, and it has always turned out great after five or so applications. My hair always feels really coarse after I rinse out the color but after I apply the included conditioner it is soft and silky. That's my only concern. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hard to apply, wrong color rootsI had to have someone help me with coloring my hair, Im not sure how I would have been able to do it myself. After the color was processed and washed and styled my roots are copper/reddish and my hair is light brown. Im not sure why my roots are so different. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not What I Hoped ForI just did my roots, and while I do not think the problem is entirely eSalon's, I had problems with covering grays. The color is not quite what I wanted, and I am wondering if I misinterpreted "base" color in the initial questionnaire. I have very long hair and it was hard to do the roots. While this process did not hurt my hair, I did not get the beautiful results I hoped for, and I feel like for what I paid for everything, including tools, I could have just gone to my salon. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
